Happy couple investing happy lands...
While Mrs. Nongnuch Chindasilpa had free time from her managerial job at Niyompanich Co., Ltd., she and her husband, Mr. Mungkorn, tried out a new hobby: investing in land.
The first large plot of land they tried to buy was the plot that is located in Chang Pheauk sub-district. (referred by old spelling as "Chang Puak")
Later, the land was divided into separate title deeds for allocation, and "Chang Phueak Development" project was established. This was the starting point for learning land management and practicing skills for the two of them.
So in a way, it is a treasure that is of great emotional value to Mr. Mungkorn.

ในช่วงเวลาหนึ่ง... เมื่อมีเวลาว่างจากงานผู้จัดการที่ บริษัท นิยมพานิช จำกัด คุณนงนุช จินดาศิลป์ และ คุณมังกร ผู้เป็นสามีได้ทดลองงานอดิเรกใหม่คือการลงทุนซื้อที่ดิน
และ ที่ขนาดใหญ่ยักษ์ผืนแรกที่พวกท่านทั้งสองทดลองซื้อก็คือ ผืนที่เป็นสวนช้างเผือกทุกวันนี้นี่เอง
ภายหลังจึงมีการแบ่งผืนแยกโฉนดเพื่อการจัดสรร มีการจัดตั้ง "ช้างเผือกพัฒนา" ขึ้น ในย่านช้างเผือก
จึงเป็นพื้นที่เริ่มการเรียนรู้การจัดการที่ดินและฝึกฝนวิชาสำหรับท่านทั้งสอง
ดังนั้นในเชิงหนึ่ง จึงเป็นสมบัติที่มีคุณค่าต่อจิตใจอย่างมากสำหรับคุณมังกร

Some time later...
Miss Vimoot who is the owner of the restaurant "Suan Pak" and is the eldest daugther of Mrs Nongnuch and Mr Mungkorn got interested in renovating the old garden into a multi-purpose space project. She intended to make the least adjustments from the original garden, but added factors that would create a relaxing atmosphere, and named this place "Suan Chang Phuak".
As for what will the future of the garden be like? The next generation of family members will together decide later...

ในเวลาต่อมา...
นางสาววิมุติผู้เป็นเจ้าของร้านอาหาร "สวนผัก" และเป็นพี่สาวคนโตของรุ่นลูก มีความสนใจจะปรับปรุงสวนเก่าให้กลายเป็นโครงการที่มีพื้นที่อเนกประสงค์ โดยตั้งใจจะปรับแต่งจากสวนเดิมให้น้อยที่สุด แต่เพิ่มปัจจัยที่ทำให้บรรยากาศชวนผ่อนคลาย และตั้งชื่อสถานที่นี้ว่า "สวนช้างเผือก"
อนาคตของสวนฯ จะเป็นอย่างไรต่อไป... ทางสมาชิกครอบครัวรุ่นต่อไปจะช่วยกันเลือกในภายหลัง
