About Us
Suan Chang Puak is a part of the real estate business owned and run by the second and third generation members of the Chindasilpa, a local Chiang Mai family.
We are proud to honor our hard-working ancesters by developing this preserved piece of vasive land they tried to keep for decades into a green and garden-lush venue to let visitors and other people come in and utilise our estate project for their special events.
This specific land location is the most cherished piece that our deceased father/grandfather, Mr. Mungkorn Chindasilpa, intended to pass on to his children and grandchildren to keep and care for.

Suan Chang Puak’s 8 rai of natural green beauty are located near the Chiang Mai city center. There is a large car park for your guests. It is a beautiful location for parties, weddings and other events, and we will work hard to make it perfect for your occasion.

The Suan Chang Puak building is a uniquely beautiful architectural work, resembling a chapel. It is tastefully decorated with pottery, iron works, woodwork and stained glass. Its focal point is an impressive ceiling dome over the middle, which beautifully reveals the passing, changing daytime light.

The original wooden house has been renovated into a coffee shop, a place to relax and enjoy the view of a beautiful lotus pond. Upon crossing the bridge from the coffee shop, there will be a pathway leading to the dome building and the bathrooms.
Early Owls Coffee Shop
One of the grandchildren of the owner of Suan Chang Puak, along with another friend, rented this old wooden house to use as a coffee shop business. The shop is therefore completely separated from the operation of the main venue. But it's still within the same land

A mixed media sculpture of nine elephants with a white elephant on the top make a grand landmark for Suan Chang Puak. Visitors are able to pass under the elephant's belly for prosperity.
The first version of the elephants were sack bags mixed with concrete. In 2023 we upgraded the materials to metal for durability.

In order to provide as many kinds of space design as possible, we only provide empty dome and lawn for events. Clients are required to bring in their own equipments and decorations needed. For bigger events, hiring a professional event planner team is highly encouraged. For additional grass field parking lot, seasonal condition are to be kept in consideration.
